Proposed Articles of Incorporation for 501(c)3

The 501(c)3 committee has decided that the entire steering committee should approve the articles of incorporation. Before approval, we are posting them on the website for everyone to review and provide any input if you want. Feel free to leave a comment or suggestion if you have one.     The articles of incorporation are straight forward, Guy. What I hope to see is a draft of your proposed bylaws before you adopt them (or are they already adopted?).

    Hi Mike,

    No we haven’t yet got to those; but, we are beginning to work on them now. I suspect we will post them to the website for community input as well. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I agree with you that the bylaws will be even more important.
